I would like to compliment the professionalism of the staff who handled my purchase of the nokia 6300 on 27 Feb 2007. He was patient and took the time to answer the questions i had about my purchase. I also brought in 2 phones for trade in and found that your trade-in prices are reasonable. I was very impressed by the service and would like to thank him for his excellent salesmanship. I visited your shop yesterday to ask about the Sony Ericsson K700.
I went to your shop because I came across your website. I must say that I was rather skeptical when I first saw your customer testimonials.
But then I spoke to you and you struck me as someone who's really friendly and obliging. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was comfortable in your shop and you even allowed me to play around freely with the phone.
You're not like the other handphone shop dealers I've come across, who behave more like thugs. They're curt, unfriendly and speak to people like we owe them a
living. They're probably more interested in making a quick buck than building long-term relationships.

You have also explained in details and even showed me the products functionality even though I did not buy eventually, example are P910i, N2650 and etc. You have listened to my frustration about the products limitation and also allows me to exchange for another products with a big smile.
