Q1- What currency are the prices listed in your website ?
A1 - All prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Q2- Is there any 7-Days Exchange/Return/Refund policy ?
A2 - No, we do not provide any 7-days Exchange/Return/Refund policy. We strongly advise all customers to inspect and check the product before leaving our store. All faulty items thereafter must be sent to the respective manufacturers' customer service centres for warranty claims, if applicable.

Q3- Why are your prices much lower than the official retail price ? Are they original agent set ?
A3 - We always strive to offer our customers the lowest possible prices, therefore we only earn marginal profit for all phones.All phones are original agent warranty set and official receipt will be issued upon purchase.

Q4 - Are the prices inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
A4 - Yes, all prices include the prevailing GST.However, we are not able to issue any GST refund as we are not GST-Registered.

Q5 - What are the mode of payment for the price listed in your website?
A5 - All prices listed are based on cash payment only. We DO NOT accept credit card and NETS payment.

Q6 - Are your phones unlocked ?
A6 - Yes, all phones are original factory-unlocked and can be used worldwide with any SIM cards.

Q7 - Are all the prices listed without contract?
A7 - Yes, all prices listed are without contract or subscription.

Q8 - Are the prices listed in your website similar to those that are sold through your retail shop ?
A8 - Yes, all prices sold in our retail shop are the same as those listed in our website for the day it is listed.

Q9 - What is 'Warranty Set' as listed in your website ?
A9 - 'Warranty Set' are phones from the local authorised distributors, therefore all phones sold by us come with the respective manufacturers' local warranty.All warranty claims are provided by the manufacturer's authorised service centres.

Q10 - Do the products come with any warranty?
A10 - Yes, all items come with the respective manufacturer's local warranty, except for 'Export Set' which does not come with any warranty of any sort.

Q11- Do you have stocks for all products listed?
A11- Due to the fast-moving nature of the products, it is advisable to give us a call during our business hours for stocks enquiries or reservation.

Q12- Do you accept trade-in of used phones?
A12 - Yes, we accept trade-in of selected models. Please refer to the Trade-In List in our website for more details.

Q13 - Do you buy back used phones, even if I am not buying any new phones?
A13- Yes, we buy back selected models even if you are not buying any phones from us.However, please check with us for the actual quotation.

Q14- What is the the value of my used phones?
A14- We can only quote you the trade-in value upon visual inspection of the used phones.

Q15- What kind of payments do you accept?
A15- We only accept cash payment.

Q16- Why is it that credit card and NETS payment not accepted ?
A16- As all items are sold at a very low price, we will only accept cash payment so that we can continue to pass the real savings to our customers.

Q17- Do you offer any Instalment plan?
A17- Sorry, we do not offer any instalment plan.

Q18- Do you accept orders outside Singapore?
A18- Currently, we only accept orders in Singapore.

Q19- Must I sign up any membership or purchase extra accessories to enjoy the prices listed in your website?
A19- No, we do not believe in such sales gimmicks. We believe in a clear and transparent pricing policy with no hidden cost.

Q20- Do you provide home delivery service for phone purchases ?
A20- Yes, We provide home delivery service in Singapore as follows:-

Location: Singapore Only
Delivery Charge: $20.00 per trip
Delivery Hours: To be confirmed via SMS/email

How to request for Home Delivery ?

Step 1: Call us at 67333747 (11am - 9pm daily) to request for model/price/stocks availability and delivery date/time

Step 2: Once the delivery details have been confirmed by us, you are required to make a bank transfer of minimum of $50 or 10% of the purchase amount to us at:

Account Type: Savings Plus
Account No: 003-8-041195

(Please indicate your Name in the bank transfer's reference)

Step 3: Once you have made the transfer of the payment to us, please SMS us at 91457500 to confirm it. We will proceed to order the item and duly inform you the delivery details.

Step 4: We will collect the balance payment from you upon delivery of the item.
