A3 - We always strive to offer our customers the lowest possible prices, therefore we only earn marginal profit for all phones.All phones are original agent warranty set and official receipt will be issued upon purchase.
A4 - Yes, all prices include the prevailing GST.However, we are not able to issue any GST refund as we are not GST-Registered.
A5 - All prices listed are based on cash payment only. We DO NOT accept credit card and NETS payment.
A6 - Yes, all phones are original factory-unlocked and can be used worldwide with any SIM cards.
A7 - Yes, all prices listed are without contract or subscription.
A8 - Yes, all prices sold in our retail shop are the same as those listed in our website for the day it is listed.
A9 - 'Warranty Set' are phones from the local authorised distributors, therefore all phones sold by us come with the respective manufacturers' local warranty.All warranty claims are provided by the manufacturer's authorised service centres.
A10 - Yes, all items come with the respective manufacturer's local warranty, except for 'Export Set' which does not come with any warranty of any sort.
A11- Due to the fast-moving nature of the products, it is advisable
to give us a call during our business hours for stocks enquiries or reservation.
A12 - Yes, we accept trade-in of selected models. Please refer to the Trade-In List in our website for more details.
A13- Yes, we buy back selected models even if you are not
buying any phones from us.However, please check with us for the actual quotation.
A14- We can only quote you the trade-in value upon visual inspection of the used phones.
A15- We only accept cash payment.
A16- As all items are sold at a very low price, we will only accept cash payment so that we can continue to pass the real savings to our customers.
A17- Sorry, we do not offer any instalment plan.
A18- Currently, we only accept orders in Singapore.
A19- No, we do not believe in such sales gimmicks. We believe
in a clear and transparent pricing policy with no hidden cost.
A20- Yes, We provide home delivery service in Singapore as follows:-

Delivery Charge: $20.00 per trip

How to request for Home Delivery ?
Step 1: Call us at 67333747 (11am - 9pm daily) to request for model/price/stocks availability and delivery date/time
Step 2: Once the delivery details have been confirmed by us, you are required to make a bank transfer of minimum of $50 or 10% of the purchase amount to us at:

(Please indicate your Name in the bank transfer's reference)
Step 3: Once you have made the transfer of the payment to us, please SMS us at 91457500 to confirm it. We will proceed to order the item and duly inform you the delivery details.
Step 4: We will collect the balance payment from you upon delivery of the item.
