Q1- What currency are the prices listed in?
A1 - All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGP).

Q2 - Are the prices inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
A2 - Yes, all prices include the prevailing GST.However, we are not able to issue any GST refund as we are not GST-Registered

Q3 - What are the mode of payment for the price listed in your website?
A3 - All prices listed are based on cash payment only.
We do not accept credit card and NETS payment.

Q4 - Are all the prices listed without contract?
A4 - Yes, all prices listed are without contract or subscription.

Q5 - Can I purchase the phone with line sign-up?
A5 - Sorry, we do not offer any line subscription.

Q6 - Can I recontratct using my current number?
A6 - Sorry, we do not offer any recontract of your current Mobile number.

Q7 - Do the products come with any warranty?
A7 - Yes, all products come with the local agents' 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Q8- Do you have stocks for all products listed?
A8- Due to the fast-moving nature of the products, it is advisable to give us a ring for
stocks enquries or reservation.

Q9- Do you accept trade-in of used phones?
A9 - Yes, we accept trade-in of all used phones.

Q10 - Do you buy back used phones, even if I am not buying any new phones?
A10- Yes, we buy back all used phones even if you are not buying any phones from us.

Q11- What is the the value of my used phones?
A11- We can quote you the trade-in value upon visual inspection of the used phones.

Q12- What kind of payments do you accept?
A12- We only accept cash payment.

Q13- Why is it that credit card and NETS payment not accepted ?
A13- As all items are sold at a very low price, we will only accept cash payment so that we can continue to pass the real savings to our customers.

Q14- Do you offer any Instalment plan?
A14- Sorry, we do not offer any instalment plan.

Q15- Do you accept orders outside Singapore?
A15- Currently, we only accept orders in Singapore.

Q16- Must I sign up any membership or purchase extra accessories to enjoy the prices listed in your website?
A16- No, we do not believe in such sales gimmicks. We believe in a clear and transparent
pricing policy with no hidden cost.

Q17- How can we contact you ?
